Question from Andrew: I have several active PayPal subscriptions that clients use to send me a payment every month, but I can’t find them in my PayPal account.
I’ve searched my entire account from top to bottom, with no luck.
I know I have to be missing something. Can you tell me how to find them? Thanks for your help!
Rick’s answer: I receive a number of recurring payments via PayPal subscriptions as well Andrew, and I agree that they can be pretty hard to track down in your account unless you know where to look.
Follow the instructions below to view and manage your inbound PayPal subscriptions:
Note: You won’t be able to view your active subscriptions with the PayPal app on a mobile device. You’ll need to follow the steps below while viewing the PayPal website in a web browser on a laptop or desktop PC.
1 – Log into your PayPal account.
2 – Click on the Tools tab at the top of the page, then click All Tools.
3 – Scroll down and click PayPal buttons.
4 – Click the View your saved buttons link near the upper-right corner of the window.
5 – Click the Recurring payments dashboard link over on the right.
That’s all there is to it You should now see a list of your PayPal subscriptions.
By the way, if you wish to manage your active subscriptions just click the My preapproved payments link that’s located above the list of subscriptions.
I hope this helps, Andrew. Good luck!
