A few days ago a reader asked me if it’s possible to use a full-size PC keyboard with a Windows tablet. The answer is yes as long as the keyboard supports Bluetooth connectivity.
As I was answering that question it got me to thinking about all the Apple users out there who might have a Bluetooth-enabled Mac keyboard laying around.
As one would imagine, a Mac keyboard should be the perfect keyboard to use with an Apple device running iOS.
I did a little research and discovered a fantastic free app called called Typeeto.
In a nutshell, Typeeto will allow a Mac Bluetooth keyboard to pair up and work with virtually any device that runs either iOS or Android!
With Typeeto, your Mac keyboard will support all the standard keyboard functions, including Copy and Paste. It also allows for fast and easy pairing and rock-solid, glitch-free operation.
If you have a spare Bluetooth-enabled Mac keyboard laying around, why not download the free trial of Typeeto and give it a try?
Note: Typeeto isn’t free. In fact, at $9.99 it’s actually fairly expensive compared to most other apps on iTunes.
But that being said, if you want to use a Mac Bluetooth keyboard with your Bluetooth-enabled device it could well be worth it to you. Only you can make that call after trying it out.
