Have you ever pushed your buggy into the checkout lane at a grocery story and watched the person in front of you pull out a stack of coupons as thick as a brick, then use them to buy $200 worth of groceries for $28.73?
I have, and while I was a little annoyed at having to wait while the cashier scanned all of those coupons, I couldn’t help but admire the customer’s ability to save a ton of cash just by clipping a bunch of coupons.
If you’re a coupon clipper too, chances are you get them from a variety of sources including the Sunday paper, a favorite magazine or even your mailbox.
What you might not know is that you can find coupons for virtually anything you buy right on the Internet and print them out on your own printer. No more waiting around for the next Sunday paper to arrive!
There are numerous coupon sites on the web, but the one I like best is The Krazy Coupon Lady.
Co-founders Heather Wheeler and Joanie Demer started out collecting coupons as means of feeding their families on a budget, but before long they had a growing business on their hands.
Now, their site is one of the largest and most visited coupon sites on the internet.
The home page lists a bunch of current deals across a wide variety of products, but if you click the “Print Coupons” link on the main menu you’ll find hundreds of coupons listed by product name and/or brand in alphabetical order.
When you see a listing for a product you’re interested in, simply click the link for more details on the offer, then print the coupon in order to take advantage of it. What could be simpler?
TheKrazyCouponLady also has a blog that discusses offers in detail and provides money-saving tips by the boatload.
Bottom line: If you’re interested in saving bug bucks every time you visit the grocery store, check out The Krazy Coupon Lady before you go.
