Question from Cathy: My laptop died a few months ago and I decided to give a Chromebook a try. I ended up purchasing an Acer Chromebook and I really like it.
I’m having trouble with one issue however. It didn’t come with an image editor and I have a bunch of family pictures that I need to work on.

Question from Brooke: I found a free images site that I really like because it specializes in the kind of photos I use on my blog.
The thing is, all the images on there are in WebP format and I really prefer using JPGs.

Question from Adelle: I use an online photo editor called Pixlr and I really like it a lot. It’s hard to beat for the price in my opinion (it’s free lol).
Pixlr does most everything I need a photo editor to do, but I need to convert a certain photo to Black and White and I can’t find that option on the menu anywhere.

Question from Roger: Hi Rick. I’d love to have your advice on a good online photo editor.
I have Photoshop Elements on my desktop computer at work, and I use it a lot. I also need to have some way of editing a photo every now and then on my laptop.
The thing is I just can’t justify paying $100 for another copy of Elements. Is there a good free online photo editor that you feel comfortable recommending?

Question from Melinda Q.: I recently bought a new laptop because my old one died on me.
I installed Photoshop Elements on the new laptop from the same installation disc that I used to install it on the old one.
It seems to be working fine except for one thing: It won’t let me resize images in pixels. The only thing I can change is the document size (in inches).
On my old laptop I could change the image size in pixes but on the new one I don’t have that option. What am I doing wrong?
