Today’s Quick Tip….
Tweak your phone’s settings for better smartphone photography
If you’ve ever used a traditional digital or film camera you probably know you could tweak a few basic settings to enhance the quality of your photos.
Well, as luck would have it you can do the same thing with the camera in your smartphone…
Some phones will let you adjust things like shutter speed, aperture, white balance and more while others let you select optimized shooting modes for capturing the best images under a wide variety of shooting situations.
These settings are usually easily accessible by simply tapping on a “Settings” icon in the Camera app.
The next time you have a few minutes to spare I recommend pulling out your phone, opening the Camera app and doing a bit of experimenting. I believe you’ll be pleased with the results.

How to turn on notifications for a Facebook post without commenting on it
Have you ever been intrigued enough by a Facebook post to want to keep up with the comments that are left on it, but you didn’t want to comment on it yourself? This post explains how to do just that.
Learn how to do almost anything with YouTube
Did you know you can learn how to perform almost any task short of brain surgery just by watching a YouTube video?
Well, that’s probably a stretch, but if it is, it isn’t much of one.

There are several ways to mount a pair of monitors, but my favorite is this dual monitor stand from ErGear.
This handy device will let you mount any two 13″ – 32″ monitors that are VESA mount compatible. Check it out…
