Today’s quick tech tip….
Make the mouse pointer easier to see on your Windows PC
Do you often lose track of the mouse pointer when you have lots of text and images on the screen?
If so, you know how frustrating it can be trying to find it amongst all the screen clutter.
Well here’s a little tip that can make your mouse pointer a lot easier to see: You can both make it bigger and “paint” it with a color.
Want to give it a try? Just follow the steps below for your Windows version.
Windows 10:
1 – Right-click the Start button and select Settings from the menu.
2 – Click Ease of Access.
3 – In the left-hand pane, click Mouse pointer.
4 – In the right-hand pane, click the box with the yellow arrow in it.
5 – (Optional) – You can change the size of the pointer and select a different color for it.
Windows 11:
1 – Right-click the Start button and select Settings from the menu.
2 – In the left-hand pane, click Accessibility.
3 – In the right-hand pane, click Mouse pointer and touch.
4 – Click the box with the yellow arrow in it.
5 – (Optional) – You can change the size of the pointer and select a different color for it.
That’s all there is to it. Your mouse pointer should now be easier to see on a “busy” computer screen.
