Today’s Quick Tip….
How to open the ‘Settings’ screen on a ChromeBook
I’m often asked if ChromeBooks have a ‘Settings’ screen similar to the ones on Macs and Windows PCs.
The answer is yes – you just have to know where to look for it.
Follow the simple steps below to open the ‘Settings’ screen on your Chromebook:
1 – Click the Time (i.e. clock) display in the lower right corner of the screen.
2 – Click the Settings icon (it looks like a “gear” or “cog“).
That’s all there is to it. Now you can peruse the various settings to see what’s available for tweaking in order to make your Chrome OS experience your own.
