How to open the ‘Settings’ screen on a ChromeBook
I’m often asked if ChromeBooks have a ‘Settings’ screen similar to the ones on Macs and Windows PCs.
The answer is yes – you just have to know where to look for it.
Follow the simple steps below to open the ‘Settings’ screen on your Chromebook:
1 – Click the Time (i.e. clock) display in the lower-right corner of the screen.
2 – Click the gear-shaped Settings icon.
That’s all there is to it. Now you can peruse the various settings to see what’s available for tweaking in order to make your Chrome OS experience your own.
