How to use the handy Night Light feature on Windows 11
If you have trouble sleeping at night, it could be due to the blue light that’s being emitted by your computer monitor.
While it’s natural (and harmless) to see blue light during the day, it can make it difficult to fall asleep during the nighttime hours.
Luckily, Windows 11 has a nifty Night Light feature that reduces the amount of blue light emitted by your screen while increasing the amount of the soft, soothing light that facilitates relaxation and sleep.
You can either turn Night Light on and off manually as needed or schedule it to be turned on and off automatically at the hours of your choosing.
Both of those options are easy to set up. Simply follow the simple step-by-step instructions you’ll find on this page.
