Today’s featured tech tip….
Tweak your phone’s settings for better smartphone photography
If you’ve ever used a traditional digital or film camera you probably know you could tweak a few basic settings to enhance the quality of your photos.
Well, as luck would have it you can do the same thing with the camera in your smartphone…
Some phones will let you adjust things like shutter speed, aperture, white balance and more while others let you select optimized shooting modes for capturing the best images under a wide variety of shooting situations.
These settings are usually easily accessible by simply tapping on a “Settings” icon in the Camera app.
The next time you have a few minutes to spare I recommend pulling out your phone, opening the Camera app and doing a bit of experimenting. I believe you’ll be pleased with the results.
