Today’s quick tech tip….
How to forward multiple emails at once with Gmail
Yesterday a reader (thanks Marcella) asked me how to forward multiple emails to a single recipient without having to forward them all individually.
Since the answer might be of help to others as well I thought it might be a good idea to provide it here as a “Quick Tip”.
Just follow the steps below to forward multiple emails at one time from your Gmail account:
Note: There is currently no way to forward multiple emails using the Gmail app. You’ll need to use Gmail in a desktop browser instead.
1 – Open Gmail and select all the emails you want to forward to someone else.
2 – Right-click on the selected emails and select Forward from the menu that appears.
3 – Enter the email address of the intended recipient, then click Send.
That’s all there is to it. All of the selected emails will now be forwarded to the recipient.
