How to exit a ‘stuck’ pop-up in Safari on your iPhone
Have you ever been viewing a web page in Safari on your iPhone when a pop-up window decided to cover the screen and then refuse to close?
If so, you know how irritating and frustrating that can be.
Well, if that ever happens again there’s an easy way to exit that pop-up and return to the page you were visiting before it made its unwelcome appearance…
Simply click the Back button in the lower left-hand corner of the screen (it’s a left-facing arrow) and Safari’s browser history will pop up.
Simply tap on the last URL that you visited and the pop-up should go away.
