Today’s quick tech tip….
How to print a web page from your iPhone or iPad
Do you have a wireless printer that supports Apple’s AirPrint technology (most wireless printers do nowadays)?
If so, you can easily print virtually any web page you’re viewing with Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
Just follow the steps below:
Note: This procedure explains how to print from within Safari, but the steps are quite similar when using Chrome or some other mobile browser.
1 – Make sure your iPhone is connected to the same WiFi network as an AirPrint enabled printer is connected to.
2 – With the web page you want to print displayed in the browser, tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (it looks like a square box with an arrow pointing straight up).
3 – Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap Print.
4 – Check to see if the printer you want to use is the currently-selected printer. If not, tap the tiny arrow and select the printer you want to use to print the page.
5 – Make any desired changes to the print options, then tap Print in the upper-right corner of the screen.
That’s all there is to it. The printer should now get busy printing the currently displayed web page.
