Question from Adam: I read an article the other day that discussed the advantages and disadvantages of building your own computer from scratch as opposed to buying one off the shelf.

It really caught my attention when they said that you can save money by building a PC with used parts purchased on eBay.

I’d really like to build my own computer and save some money, but the article only discussed building a desktop computer. What I really need is a laptop.

Question from Clara: I’ve been cleaning the screens on my MacBook Pro and iPhone with a micro-fiber cloth covered with glass cleaner.

But last night I heard that I shouldn’t do that because the glass cleaner could damage the screen.

Q&A: Some sites no longer load in my browser. How do I fix it?

Question from Andy: I need help with an Internet issue, Rick.

Several websites that used to load just fine won’t load anymore. They either just sit there and try to load forever or I get an error message.

The crazy thing is most websites still load ok. It’s just a handful of specific sites that won’t load.

Can you please help me fix this?
