Today’s featured tech tip….
Run Windows 11 on your Mac (and keep macOS too)
If you’re a Mac user you know your machine runs an operating system called macOS. But did you know it can probably run Windows 11 too?
Yes, it’s true. Recent Macs can use a fantastic software program called Parallels to run both Windows 11 and macOS on the same system and switch between the two at will (and without having to reboot the machine).
Of course you’ll need to purchase a license for both Parallels and Windows 11, but it could well be worth it to you if you love your Mac but want to run some programs that only run under Windows as well.
Our friends over at How-To Geek have put together an excellent tutorial explaining how to install both Parallels and Windows 11 on your Mac.
Instructions are provided for Macs with both Intel and M CPUs and they are very easy to follow.
