Q&A: How do I cancel my Proton Mail subscription
Question from Mina: I signed up for a Proton Mail ‘Professional’ plan a while back and now I want to cancel it. Can you tell me how to do it? I just don’t see the value in paying for it.
Rick’s answer: I’ll be happy to tell you how to cancel your ‘paid’ Proton Mail subscription, Mina. Just follow the steps below:
1 – Sign into your Proton Mail account.
2 – Click Settings>Dashboard.
3 – Click the Switch To Free button at the bottom of the left-hand column.
