Today’s featured tech tip….
Set an app to open automatically when you log in to your Mac
Do you have one or more apps that you use every time you use your Mac? My guess is you do, even it’s just Mail and/or your Safari browser.
Well, you can save yourself some time and a click or two by having the apps you’re always using to open automatically every time you log in to your Mac.
This is very easy to set up. Simply right-click on the app’s icon then select Options>Open at Login.
That’s all there is to it. From now on that app (or apps) will open automatically without you having to click on anything. Just log in to your Mac and you’ll find it/them waiting for you to use.
And by the way, this works for any app on your system. If you click on an icon to open it you can set it to always open automatically.
