Today’s quick tech tip….
Need 1,897 TB of SSD storage? You can get it (for the price of a house)
This isn’t really a tip, just a little tidbit of info I thought you might find interesting…
A company called Nimbus Data can supply you with a flash memory data array with an effective capacity of up to 1,897 TB.
As you might imagine, that would store a LOT of photos and whatever other types of files you might use.
Of course you’ll have to pay a pretty penny for that amount of storage – as much as a quarter of a million bucks.
But don’t worry, you can get smaller arrays for a lot less money – about what you’d pay for a car.
Interested? You can check out all the options right here on the Nimbus Data website.
And just so you’ll know, if you need a more affordable option (relatively speaking of course), check out their line of massive ExaDrive SSDs.
You’re welcome.
