Today’s quick tech tip….
Tired of paying for Microsoft Office? Use this instead.
I’m often asked if there’s any way to avoid paying through the nose for Microsoft Office upgrades and renewals but still be able to work with MS Office files.
And guess what? There is…
You can ditch Microsoft Office altogether and start using Libre Office instead.
Libre Office looks and works a lot like the actual MS Office and it reads and writes MS Office files just fine.
Most folks who switch to Libre Office find it quite easy to adjust to since it’s so much like Microsoft’s own Office suite.
Why not join the numerous schools and businesses that have made the switch? You’ll likely find that it meets your needs quite well (Hint: It sure meets mine).
