Today’s Quick Tip….
Q&A: How do I change credit cards in Safari on my iPhone?
Question from Anita: I recently canceled the credit card I’ve been using and switched to a different card with better terms.
How can I remove the old card from Safari on my iPhone and add the new one?
Rick’s answer: You can quickly make those changes via Safari’s “AutoFill” feature, Anita. Just follow the steps below:
1 – Tap your iPhone’s Settings icon (it looks like a “gear“).
2 – Tap Safari.
3 – Tap AutoFill.
4 – Tap Saved Credit Cards.
5 – Enter your sign-in PIN to verify that you actually own the phone.
6 – Tap Edit.
7 – Select the card you want to remove, then tap Delete.
8 – Add the new card to the ‘Saved Credit Cards’ list by tapping Add Credit Card and entering the required card info.
That’s all there is to it. The old card should now be gone and the new card should now be on the list.
