Today’s Quick Tip….
Did you know the Outlook app can read your emails to you?
If you use one of Microsoft’s email services you probably have the Outlook app installed on your phone.
If so, you have the option of having the app read your emails aloud to you if that would be easier and more convenient than actually reading them.
If you’d like to give it a try, this page on the Microsoft website explains how to enable the app’s “Play My Emails” feature.
And now, a couple of things to be aware of…
1 – Be aware that anyone in the vicinity will likely be able to hear the content of your emails if you listen to them with other people around,
2 – Be sure to practice safe driving if you plan to listen to your emails in your car. Just sayin’.
And finally, one additional note…
This works with both the Android and iOS versions of the Outlook app.
