Today’s Quick Tip….
How to use the ‘Sleep Timer’ on your iPhone
Do you ever listen to music with your iPhone to help you fall asleep, only to wake up in the middle of the night or the next morning with the music still blaring in your ear?
If so, there’s an easy way to prevent that from ever happening again…
Set your phone’s ‘Sleep Timer’ to terminate the music app you’re using after a certain period of time has elapsed. Here’s how:
1 – Open your iPhone’s Clock app and tap the Timer icon.
2 – Choose the amount of time you want the music to play before it shuts off.
3 – Set the “When Timer Ends” setting to Stop Playing.
That’s all there is to it. Your iPhone will allow the music app of your choice to play music until the Timer expires and then shut off the app.
