Did you know Facebook keeps a record of every “Like” or other type of “Reaction” you’ve every made on their site?
This record is called your “Likes History” and it lists every single item you’ve “Reacted to” since the day you first opened your account.
Every single post, every photo, every comment, every business page…
If you Liked or otherwise Reacted to something, Facebook has a record of that action.
Every now and then I like to scroll through mine just for nostalgia’s sake. It can be rather amusing to see some of the things I Reacted to back in the day.
But more importantly I occasionally review my old likes just to make sure I haven’t Liked a page or “Like Bait” post that’s gone over to the dark side and morphed into something that’s a little unsavory.
It’s actually quite easy to review your own “Likes History” if you ever take a notion. Just follow the steps below for the device you’re using.
Laptop or Desktop Computer:
1 – Visit your Timeline page.
2 – Click the three dots on the far right side of the menu bar.
3 – Click Activity Log.
4 – In the left-hand column, click Interactions to expand that section of the menu.
5 – Click Likes and Reactions.
6 – (Optional) Click on the word Date at the top of the left-hand column to limit the displayed Likes and Reactions to a specific time period.
You should now see a list of everything you have ever Liked (or otherwise Reacted to) on Facebook, starting with the most recent Like/Reaction.
Mobile Device:
1 – Tap the Menu icon (it likes like three horizontal lines stacked atop one another).
2 – Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3 – Tap the More icon (it looks like three horizontal dots).
4 – Tap Activity Log.
5 – Tap Interactions.
6 – Tap Likes and Reactions.
7 – (Optional) Tap the Filter icon that’s located directly below the archive button and then tap Date to select a specific time period.
You should now see a list of everything you have ever Liked or otherwise Reacted to on Facebook, starting with the most recent Like/Reaction.
That’s all there is to it. Now you know how to review your entire “Likes History” on Facebook!
