Today’s featured tech tip….
Keep your portable jump starter charged up and ready to go
If you’ve been following my blogs for a while you know I frequently recommend keeping a portable jump starter in your vehicle just in case your battery ever needs a boost.
One of my friends and newsletter subscribers (which in my mind are one and the same) emailed me with a reminder of how important it is to keep your jump starter fully charged so it’ll be ready for use when you need it.
Luckily, that’s very easy to do…
Simply plug your jump starter into a wall outlet every 90 days and allow the charger to top off the battery. Or if you prefer you can plug it into your cars’ accessory port.
It shouldn’t take all that long to top its battery off and you’ll have peace of mind knowing that a dead battery on your vehicle won’t leave you stranded or at the mercy of strangers.
